Private sessions are good for exploring your unique interests and challenges. Whitney does a great job of drawing them out, and then planning a session that is responsive, creative, and nurturing. Oftentimes, she’ll prepare something you didn’t even know you needed. You’ll always leave Whitney’s sessions feeling refreshed and centered. I’m so glad to have Whitney as a teacher and friend.

Working with Whitney for the past four years has been such a joy. I have grown to know her strength, her compassion and her great love for and investment to all she does. Her authentic teaching is a gift to our community. I have come to trust Whitney with all aspects of my business, but also with my friendship. She continues to support me and the yoga community we are building in ways I am deeply grateful for.

When we arranged private sessions in my home, Whitney brought her incredible energy, expansive knowledge, and playful spirit each week. Those classes were some of the most transformative yoga classes I’ve taken. I invited a group of close friends to join us, and for several months we received individualized, professional, guidance that made us all better yogis. Whitney is the best!

Tara Jenkins | Best Friend
Whitney regularly took personal time to help me grow my yoga practice. She encouraged me to become a teacher to continue passing on the knowledge. This knowledge that helped her, then helped me, that now as a teacher I too can share and help others with as well. Our friendship and her guidance is proof of how powerful and life changing yoga and community truly are.

Whitney is unlike anyone I’ve ever met – in fact the moment I met her I felt like I had always known her because of her warm, generous spirit. She handles herself with dignity and grace, while looking for the positive. Whitney is a treasure.

I feel so blessed to have been able to watch so much of Whitney’s anxiety redirected into positive progression. She is full of resolve and determination that it often times fuels me to look into myself. Her passion is such a rare trait that few posses. She was given a path that began much harder than some face in their entire lives and she refused to let it snuff out her fire. My heart was so full of love and admiration as I sat in the circle at Ananda Shala Yoga Studio as she finished her first training knowing that this was only the first step in a life meant for so much. She not only stays on a path of enlightenment and progression but at the same time molds our little flower into a brilliant and most of all happy positive light for the world. I have learned so much from her in regards to not just being okay, as okay is not what we should strive to be. I watch in awe as her dreams one by one became reality. I will always love all of what she is.
